Domingo Cruzat holds a Degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from the University of Chile and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He began his career at Celulosa Arauco in Constitución, Chile, where he worked in different areas. He then moved to the U.S. and joined the Marketing Area of Procter & Gamble. With this company, he returned to Chile as VP of Marketing and later became VP of Sales at Pesquera San José in Coloso. He has also been the CEO of Watt’s Alimentos, Loncoleche and Bellsouth Comunicaciones S.A.
He has been on the Board of Directors of several private companies, including Conpax, Viña San Pedro Tarapacá, CSAV, Solfrut, Copefrut, Alto, Inmobiliaria Plaza Santo Domingo and Principal Financial Group as well as of state-owned companies where he was President of the Chilean Post Office and of the System of State-Owned Companies (SEP) under President Sebastián Piñera.
He is currently on the Board of Directors of Enel Américas, IP Chile, Enelam, Stars y Embotelladora Andina.
He is currently a Professor at the ESE Business School of Chile’s University of the Andes. In the social sphere, he is on the Board of Directors of Corporación la Esperanza (Hope Corporation).
