Rafael De la Haza holds a law degree from the CEU University of Madrid, with a specialization in Community Law. He also has a Master's in International Taxation at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and a certificate in ICIR from the Investor Relations Society of London. De la Haza has a long career in tax and legal advisory, as well as in Investor Relations in a number of private sector companies in Spain, Italy, and Chile, with extensive experience in M&A operations. He has been with the Enel Group for over 20 years, with his recent years spent at Enel Americas.
On April 1st 2024, he was appointed CFO of Enel Américas.
