ALAS20, www.alas20.com, is the only Hispanic-American initiative that comprehensively identifies, evaluates, and qualifies excellence in the public disclosure of information on practices of Sustainable Development, Corporate Governance, and Responsible Investments of companies and investors in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, and Peru.
What is the Vision of ALAS20?
To be the benchmark in Latin America in promoting Sustainability with an Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) approach, from business direction and management, and from investment decisions that integrate ESG matters, as an effective way to achieve a more sustainable, equitable and inclusive world.
What is the objective of ALAS20?
Its objective is to promote an agenda in favor of the Sustainable Development of Latin America and its capital market development.
Who is the organizer of ALAS20?
ALAS20 is organized by GOVERNART, www.governart.com, which invites Partners and Sponsors to adhere in various instances to the promotion of an agenda in favor of sustainable development.

INVESTORS:
- Leading Institution in Responsible Investments - Evaluator: GOVERNART, based on PRI's Reporting Framework
- Leading Institution in Corporate Governance - Evaluator: GOVERNART, based on PRI's Reporting Framework
- Leading Sustainability Research Institution - Evaluator: GOVERNART, based on the PRI Reporting Framework

When and where is ALAS20 held?
ALAS20 is an initiative that takes place annually in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, and Peru, starting in June and ending in December.
Who can participate in ALAS20?
Companies and investors can participate in ALAS20.
In the case of companies in the category Leading Company in Sustainability and Leading Company in Investor Relations, companies listed on the stock exchanges of Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, and Peru can participate, as of July 1, 2022, make up one or more of the following indices:
- EURO STOXX 50
- FTSE AW
- FTSE Global All Cap
- IBEX 35
- Iboxx EUR Corporate
- JPM Cembi Broad
- MSCI ACWI
- MSCI EM
- MSCI WORLD
- STOXX ESG Leaders
- STOXX Europe 600
- STOXX Global 1800
- UMTi
- UMTiRP
Those companies that do not meet these participation requirements are excluded from ALAS20.
In the case of investors, in the categories of Leading Investor in Responsible Investment, Leading Investor in Corporate Governance, and Leading Investor in Sustainability Research, organizations from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, and Peru can participate on July 1, 2022, are signatories of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), in the respective country in which they are evaluated. Those investors who do not meet these participation requirements are excluded from ALAS20.
