Mr. Cutrignelli is an audit executive with extensive experience and global exposure from assignments around Europe, North America and Latin America, where he has gained significant auditing and advisory skills and in-depth expertise in internal control structures, governance matters and risk management.
He has covered various Audit Manager positions in Enel Group’s subsidiaries and recently served as Audit Manager for Enel Grids, the largest private power distribution company globally in charge of the design, construction and operation of the Group’s infrastructure and networks.
Raffaele Cutrignelli holds a master’s degree in Auditing and Internal Controls from the University of Pisa (Italy) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Nottingham Trent University (UK). He also holds executive certificates in Strategy and Innovation and in Management and Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA) as well as has completed the Artificial Intelligence Programme from the University of Oxford (UK).
Currently, Raffaele serves as Head of Audit and Compliance Officer at Enel Brasil and since the 1st of July of 2025 in Enel Americas, bringing two decades of international audit expertise and leadership to his role.
