In accordance with the Company's bylaws, the Board of Directors of Enel Generación Piura S.A. is comprised of no less than three (3) and no more than five (5) members elected for a term of three (3) years, except for appointments made to complete terms.
The annual general shareholders' meeting held on March 14, 2025 fixed at four (4) the number of directors that will comprise the board of directors during the period that will end when the annual general shareholders' meeting approves the financial statements corresponding to fiscal year 2027 and appointed the directors who will serve during that period. Subsequently, on April 15, 2025, the board of directors elected the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary of the board of directors.
