Eletropaulo has become Enel Distribution São Paulo. The change of brand, announced on December 3, 2018 to employees, media and market, was decided about six months after the Brazilian distribution company was purchased by Enel Group.

Nicola Cotugno, Enel manager in Brazil, emphasized that "in São Paulo we will work to consolidate the integration of the company within the Enel Group, with the aim of continuing to improve the quality of the service, by adopting the most advanced distribution network technology, as well as expanding the range of services and solutions we can offer our customers."

With this change, Enel's distributor company in São Paulo will be aligned with the group's brand and visual identity, developed in accordance with the Open Power strategy, which aims to open the energy sector to more people, to new technologies, to new uses of energy, and to new associations.

The change is part of a process to fully integrate Enel Distribution São Paulo into the Enel Group and develop more modern, flexible, sustainable positioning, capable of leading the transition in the energy market, which is taking place all over the world. One of the results of this change of brand will be a new application for the distributor, which will offer more services than the previous version, including the possibility of negotiating existing debts. In addition, the company's stores, website, digital channels, fleets and uniforms will have a new name, in line with Enel's corporate identity.

In support of the brand change, Enel will also launch its global advertising campaign for the first time in the state of São Paulo, which will be diffused simultaneously in the states of Rio de Janeiro, Ceará, and Goiás.
