Santiago, June 28, 2023. Enel Américas S.A. sent a brief to the Financial Market Commission and general market regarding the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Maurizio Bezzeccheri, who will remain in office until June 30, 2023.

In challenging times, he implemented a sustainable development strategy and led important operations, allowing us to focus our efforts on strategic countries and businesses. Maurizio carried forward our ambitious strategic plan, reaffirming our regional leadership through understanding with all the company's stakeholders," said Enel Americas President Borja Acha.
The Board of Directors of Enel Américas appointed Mr. Aurelio Bustilho de Olivera as the company's new Chief Executive Officer, who will assume his duties on an interim basis as of July 1.
Finally, Aurelio Bustilho de Olivera continues as Manager of Administration, Finance, and Control of Enel Américas.
