Sustainable Generation 

Highlights:

  • Incorporation of Enel Green Power Américas, for growth in renewables in the region.

  • 6.8 GW will be incorporated over three years, with a generation of 60 TWh, equivalent to a 40% growth in renewable energy generation.

Network resilience and digitalization 

Work focuses: 

  • 95,000 smart meters.

  • 25,892 remote-controlled devices, 91% of them in Brazil.

  • Main measures for continuity of service during the pandemic:

                  - Implementation of teleworking and shifts.

                  -  Modification of workspaces.

                   - Health precautions, in addition to the mandatory use of protective equipment, thermographic cameras were installed, and rapid PCR tests were used in buildings and operating facilities.

                  -  Work "cells": for field visits.

                  -  Suspension of in-person reading. 

                   - Application of special safety protocols when meeting with customers.

Main measures to satisfy customers during the pandemic:

 

  • Teleworking for commercial office personnel.

  • Promotion of digital channels. 

  • Suspension of physical bill delivery to protect the health of contractor employees.

  • Easy payment options.

  • Creation of customer service teams dedicated to handling requests for easy payment options from customers at risk of non-payment and other segments.

  • Launch of campaigns through the website and social media, inviting customers to report their meter reading and take advantage of the special payment conditions offered by the Company in Argentina and Brazil.
